5.  Do you eat more natural foods (fruits, vegetables, whole beans, meats) or more processed and prepared foods?  Each of these is a standalone total to add up.

If you have any of the following in your home; luncheon meats, bags of non organic chips/pretzels or similar products, bags of candy in your home (-150 Points)

You have bulk containers of any of these; beans, nuts, seeds, grains in your home, but they are not organic and Non GMO certified. (-75 Points)

You have bulk containers of beans, nuts, seeds, grains in your home that are organic and Non GMO. (+50 Points)

You have non-organic breads, pastries, pasta’s, bean products in your home (-50 points)

You have Organic Teas / Coffees in your home? (+10 points)

You have Seaweed in your home. (not the crispy fried seaweed in packages, its actually not seaweed) (+25 points)

You have two or more of the allium family in your home. These are Garlic, Onions, Shallots, Chives etc. (+25 points)

You have 3 or more varieties of mushrooms in your home. (+25 points)

You have whole organic roots and or squash in your home (+10 points)

You have organic fruit in your home. (+25 points)

You have non-organic fruit in your home (-25 points)

You eat organic animal protein 2 or more times per week (+25)

You eat non-organic meats (-50)

You eat farm raised fish (-25)

You eat certified wild caught fish (+25)

You eat non-organic animal protein everyday (-50 points)

You don’t like cultured food (-50 points)

You have two or more cultured foods in your home and you eat them (+10 points)

You eat two or meals each day with someone else. (+10 points)

You eat french fries or onion rings at fast food restaurants (-50 points)

You eat out at fast food chains each month (-50 points)

You shop at a farmers market 4 or more times / year (+25 points)

You order dessert ½ or more every time you eat out (-50 points)

You buy food from a gas station (-50 points)

You shop two or more times per week for groceries (+50 points)

You eat something green at least twice per day (+50 points)
