Contrary to popular thought, weight loss isn’t about counting calories.  It’s not about restricting the foods you can eat.  It’s not about measuring and weighing servings.

When I work with clients, we focus on your body’s specific innate challenges and needs.  While looking at and setting a goal for weight loss, we must also evaluate all the ways your body has “held onto” the weight and or sabotaged all your past efforts.  Quite often we find the body falsely “believes” the extra pounds are in your best interest.

For your long-term success, we must approach weight loss from every contributing dimension, including “reprogramming” out-of-date biological patterns running in your body.

The process of returning to your ideal weight is simple and complex all at the same time.  Depending on how much you have to lose and how long you’ve held that weight, the journey back to your “true” body can take some time.

It’s important to have a partner on the journey.  It’s critical to have someone by your side when the going gets temporarily tough.  After helping clients leave excess weight behind for nearly 40 years, I’ve learned how to make the complex simple.  I set you up for genuine success… success that lasts.
