Can’t close my eyes without losing my balance or getting dizzy -150

I can close my eyes and not fall over for 1-20 seconds -100

I can’t balance with one foot directly in front of the other & close my eyes -50

I can close my eyes and have my feet touching together for <30 seconds -50

I can close my eyes and stand on one leg for 15-30 seconds -25

I can close my eyes and stand on one leg for 31-59 seconds +0

I can close my eyes and stand on one leg for >60 seconds +25

Minimum of -150, Maximum of +25

  • Squat Skip
  • Spinal Rotation Skip
  • Arms Skip
  • 22.  Head & neck
  • Lying on my back in bed without a pillow hurts -150

Lying on the floor without a pillow hurts -100

I can only lay on the floor for a short period of time without my neck hurting. -75

I can only lay on the floors for 5 minutes before my neck would hurt. -50

I can lay on the floor and use my neck muscles only to hold my head up for less than 30 seconds -25

I can lay on the floor and only use my neck muscles to hold my head up for 31-60 seconds +0

I can lay on the floor and only use my neck muscles to hold my head up for 61-119 seconds +5

I can lay on my back and without my hands hold my head up for 2 mins. Without straining! +10 Minimum of -150, Maximum +10
